Extra Virgin Olive Oil

From the only own production of olives, after a manual harvest and a cold milling within 24 hours, the extra virgin olive oils Leccino and Frantoio are brought to light. The quality of PERRINI extra virgin olive is extraordinary, since it has low milling yields and low acidity levels (0,1%-0,2%). Please see the enclosed analyses for additional information.
Leccino and Frantoio are our two extra virgin olive oils, both made from monovarietal extraction, that identify the unique characteristic of each olive variety. The organoleptic profile of the olive oils tells about the influences of the Ionic terroir and give to the extra virgins a mild scent of white pepper and almond, besides fruity and sweet great tastes.
The cultivar Frantoio offers a very fruity taste, with hints of almond and green tomato. The fragrance of the single-varietal Leccino is sweeter, round and fruity perception on the palate, with notes of artichoke and almond. These two oils are the ideal dressing of warm soups, vegetables, main courses of fish, salads and crudités.
The packages available are: dark glass bottles of 250ml, 500ml, 750ml, cans of 3l and 5l.
